Construction leadership, commercial planning, program execution, and the systems that turn a vision into a reliable outcome.

Brian began his career in construction before serving in the United States Air Force in civil engineering and RED HORSE combat engineering. That foundation shaped a practical leadership style built around preparation, accountability, adaptability, and disciplined execution.
His career has since included homebuilding, architecture, business ownership, construction management, federal workplace design, space planning, relocation management, facilities strategy, and large-scale program delivery.
Across residential and commercial work, Brian approaches each project as both a physical build and an operating system. Scope, decisions, sequencing, communication, cost, schedule, and governance must work together from the beginning.
That philosophy is the foundation of THE DRDC GROUP and its guiding belief: Better Outcomes Begin with Better Structure.
New homes, renovations, additions, and interiors supported by defined requirements, coordinated decisions, realistic sequencing, and disciplined change control.
Workplace planning, utilization, program governance, tools, standards, and delivery systems that connect people, space, operations, and measurable outcomes.
